At Blast we don't just make smash burgers. We also brew our own craft beer: it's made at our brewery in Barranco and we serve it at both our restaurants, Miraflores and Barranco. And if you ask us where to drink it, we have a tip: the Miraflores terrace.

Our beer is born at our brewery in Barranco. We make it the same way we treat the beef: in-house, and straight from our brewery to your glass.

Blast craft beer is enjoyed where the smash burger is served: at our restaurants, with table service.

Both restaurants are open every day from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. No reservations: just come in and order.

Blast tip: the Miraflores terrace, from 5 to 7

If there's one place for this beer, it's the Miraflores terrace. Open air, a table, a burger fresh off the griddle and a cold glass beside it.

And at the right time it's even better: every day from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. there's a 2x1, only at Blast Miraflores. A good excuse to come straight from work, or to wait for someone with the first round already poured.

Why it works with a smash burger

A smash burger is intense: caramelized crust, melted cheese, sauce. A cold, bubbly beer balances it out. The carbonation and bitterness clean your palate between bites, so the last one tastes as good as the first.
